TheSpeedwayShop.com.au delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post's delivery service. Your delivery charge is calculated based on the number of items to be dispatched, their respective weights, and your location. Your Cart will automatically calculate the correct delivery charge and display it clearly during the checkout process.

How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?

All items are dispatched from Sydney NSW, after payments are cleared.

Average delivery times from Sydney are listed below:
Deliveries to Queensland take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to New South Wales take on average: 2-4 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Victoria take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to ACT take on average: 2-4 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to South Australia take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Tasmania take on average: 5-7 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Western Australia take on average: 5-7 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average: 7-10 business days to arrive.

Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas can take longer.

We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We work with Australia Post to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

What happens if we are not home to receive our parcel?

If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

What is your policy for returning items?

Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

  • Toys are non-returnable unless defective or un-opened in their original packaging.
  • Jewellery is non-returnable unless defective or un-opened and un-worn in its original packaging.
  • Homewares are non-returnable unless defective or un-opened in their original packaging.
  • DVDs are non-returnable unless unless known manufactures fault.
  • Music CDs are non-returnable unless unless known manufactures fault.
  • Computer Games are non-returnable unless known manufactures fault.
  • Die Cast Models are non-returnable unless defective or un-opened in their original packaging.
  • All clothing items are non-returnable unless defective or still retain original tags/packaging.

Defective Items:

Defective items must be returned to TheSpeedwayShop.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

How to return your item:

  1. Contact the TheSpeedwayShop.com.au Customer Service team via email Service@WeLoveDirt.com. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  2. Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage.
  3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped, or refund issued in need.

IMPORTANT:

  • TheSpeedwayShop.com.au must receive the return within (14) fourteen days of the RA number being issued.
  • Replacement product will only be shipped after TheSpeedwayShop.com.au has received the faulty item.
  • All returns must have an RA number.
  • Any item that is returned to TheSpeedwayShop.com.au without an RA number will be returned to sender, or retained awaiting contact from the sender.
  • If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us at Service@WeLoveDirt.com to confirm if your return can be accepted.

I placed my order today, but my account status says it has not been dispatched? Why is this?

As TheSpeedwayShop.com.au has not yet created an online credit card facility, we must manage with PayMate, Direct Deposit, Cheque, & Money Order payments, most of which are not immediate. Once funds have been received and cleared, your order is sent for processing. Accordingly, all processed orders are collected from our warehouse at approximately 9:30PM each business day. It is only when all the days parcels have been collected, that your member account status is updated to display that your parcel has been dispatched.

What if my parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?

If you feel your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe (after notice of dispatch date from TheSpeedwayShop.com.au), please feel free to contact the Customer Service Team via email on Service@WeLoveDirt.com, and we will gladly investigate.
